I highly recommend this professional team! In particular, Mr. Aman was very professional, responsive and made himself available whenever I requested it. He is very knowledgeable of all types of properties in many areas and helped me with all of my needs. I could not have found such an amazing property for my family without him!
Avoid if you don't want to be misled. An Ultimate Properties agent performed a bait and switch and caused me to take an afternoon off of work for an apartment which he said was available but was not.He sent me a video of an apartment and said it was available. I mentioned that I had seen the building before but did not think this apartment was available so I asked him to again confirm if it was available which he did.I took the afternoon off work and arrived for a viewing just to find out that he was going to show me an apartment different from the one in the video, and it was the one I've already seen! The apartment in the video was in fact not available.When I confronted him about it, the agent was very unprofessional and refused to apologize.
